Was An Oasis In A Dwindling Manufacturing Field When Most Manufacturing Is Being Sent Overseas.

Not Very Forward Thinking, Very Old School Methods Of Operation, No Room For Advancement, Good Ole Boy Method Of Management. Workers Are Treated Like 2nd Class Citizens And Very Little Incentives To Stay With The Company And Therefore A Very High Turnaround Of Employees.
