Everyone was long term employees 10 to 20+ years, company was fair and took care of employees. Managment listened. Was a good place to work

Benefits and pay at the salary level is good. Great place to move up in a company due to growth.

Cons

Hourly employees get paid very poorly and it causes a lot of turn over. Much of the organization is ran by women who struggle with authority complexes.
