      Pros

      Benefits and pay at the salary level is good. Great place to move up in a company due to growth.

      Cons

      Hourly employees get paid very poorly and it causes a lot of turn over. Much of the organization is ran by women who struggle with authority complexes.

      Pros

      There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

      Cons

      Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
