Pros

A group of staff that takes its work seriously (e.g. a commitment to mission, impact, quality, and customer service) but not ourselves (e.g. not a ton of hierarchy, not afraid to try new things and have fun) Motivated, fun loving staff Openness to good ideas and staff taking initiative on things that are important to them Strong remote work culture that is flexible and sees the whole person

Cons

Remote work is not for everyone - staff who need a lot of day-to-day direction or who are not comfortable with fast paced change may find it challenging to thrive.
