Pros

Flexible remote working offers great compensation benefits, especially for career learning. A smooth, well-planned onboarding process. They are constantly working towards a more inclusive organization. In general, you will find a very positive and supportive environment.

Cons

I could mention the fact that it is a 100% remote working environment, but the organization is working towards shortening the gap that remote work may generate.
