Limited career Ladder. Need additional classifications for employees. Lots are stuck at coordinator for 10 years + and will never make staff engineer.

A great company to be able to move up. There are numerous methods to improve your abilities but you need to find them and work with them.

Cons

Normal issues of big companies that treat everyone the same and have the same policies for all levels of employees. Promote just past peoples abilities and never admit that someone got moved to far up.
