Keep your nose clean and don't catch any points. Full time hiring won't be too hard to get that way. Very good pay and retirement benefits.

Cons

The rotating shifts, but hey, I'm not going anywhere lol

Set hours with possible overtime, job security and lots of extra's i.e. gym, holiday shutdowns, and family days at amusement parks

mandatory overtime (if you don't like working overtime)
