      Stable company with great benefits

      Pros

      Total compensation is pertty good because the benefits (both medical and retirement) are very good. Professional salaries are average for the region. Co-workers become a second family.

      Cons

      Professional associates spend a lot of time in meetings and you need to be able to "fight fires" and "grow the business" at the same time.

      Pros

      They pay very well, you are guaranteed forty hours a week (more if wanted), benefits are good, in-house cafeteria with good food.

      Cons

      The management plays favorites so butt-kissing is the game. It can be difficult to keep up with the processes. They will get rid of you for any reason that they can. Swing shift, meaning you switch from 1st to 3rd every two weeks.
