      Pros

      Most people are lovely and have integrity. Great restaurant

      Cons

      Bullying is acceptable by HR, they are disorganized and have no focus where they are going. Salary and benefits are poor.

      Pros

      State of the art facility, clean working enviorment with climate control. The employees and management are very friendly.

      Cons

      You are hired as a contractor with the hope of going direct someday but this is an absolute illusion and unless you are hired as an Associate from the beginning you will always be a contractor. There is almost zero chance of going direct once you hire on as a contractor. What this means is depending on what contract house hires you for Honda you will get zero benefits or astronomical insurance rates if any. The plant closes a week for Christmas so again this means as a contractor no $$$. Put in for seasonal work at Walmart that week!
