This company helps you to gain lots of working experience that other company can’t give to a fresh grads. It’s a good place to build foundation.

Cons

promotion is slow thus increment is slow. So after awhile, you will feel that you are underpaid.

Pros

Great people and overall amazing workplace. Many people have been groomed to be respectful and challenge each other to be better. Only 2-3 people over 100+ that I've met are abrasive. The yearly profit sharing is definitely a plus.

Cons

Promotions and raises are predetermined months in advance, so there is no room for negotiation. Best just hope that you can get raises the next year - if any. Over my years I've only ever received the standard 3% with no performance increase. So, when looking at what this role makes in other areas... you may see that you are at the low side of the pay scale.
