Pros
Great people and overall amazing workplace. Many people have been groomed to be respectful and challenge each other to be better. Only 2-3 people over 100+ that I've met are abrasive. The yearly profit sharing is definitely a plus.
Cons
Promotions and raises are predetermined months in advance, so there is no room for negotiation. Best just hope that you can get raises the next year - if any. Over my years I've only ever received the standard 3% with no performance increase. So, when looking at what this role makes in other areas... you may see that you are at the low side of the pay scale.
