Pros

There are pretty good medical benefits, travel benefits, and depending on the department the culture can be good.

Cons

The organization as a whole is old corporate America. Money flows up and garbage flows down. Very VP and manager heavy and they're promoted because of who they know not leadership abilities. If your goal is career growth be prepared to sell a bit of your soul to do it.

The cruise experience is solid and they have a hard-earned, pretty well-deserved reputation,

Cons

The company loads too much work and bogs you down with processes and paperwork. There are forms for forms. Work (life?) balance is not possible with the massive work load. Salary is low for the hours required to stay afloat.
