Middle management that throw tantrums, micromanage situations they aren't involved with, frequently make rash decisions and switch gears suddenly, extraordinarily low morale, technology is extremely old and long-term employees have outdated and antique ideas about Information Technology, ugly dilapidated environment, ridiculously old and mismatched computers for employees (even IT people who do all the development and system maintenance).

Upper management lack emotional intelligence and rarely promote upward, but one can move lateral. Salaries are a joke, expect 20% less than what you can get elsewhere.
