Don't be fooled by the size of the company. Opportunities for advancement are few and far between--good luck to anyone who tries to go for a promotion.

Fancy cafeteria, generous pto, company wide celebrations for Halloween and holidays, as well as happy hour hosted by the company, (drinks aren't included). A little bit of tuition reimbursement

Cons

Pay, hard to advance, too much micromanaging.
