Cons

Training is non existent Management although knowledgeable in the product is horrible at team building and integrating new staff. Unless you’ve been for the company many many years consider yourself an outcast and out of the loop. HR doesn’t look out for their employees only for the upper management.

Pros

Uncapped income, if you love travel, you'd enjoy this position. Standby on cruises, friends and family discount etc.

Cons

The manager of the department is a puppet for the executive manager, and the executive manager is not the nicest person. Unless she likes you. But if she doesn't, you'll go nowhere and be snapped at and degraded in the team meetings. Also, the metrics, part of being a call center, are quite often out of reach, even though you work hard every day, if the metrics don't add up, then you are accused of not doing your job. They don't count emails, which guests frequently use. Only phone calls.
