Pros

9/80 schedule allows every other Friday off; free or reduced cruises if availability allows. New building to work in.

Cons

Work distribution is not even, some people have the work of 3 employees, others don't do much of anything. Most people don't want to take responsibility for answers or actions so you tend to get the run-around. Low wages compared to other companies.

Good vacation, Floating Holidays, 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off), employee cruise benefits, friends and family cruise benefits, good people to work with

Cons

Low tuition reimbursement, little to no training for new employees, not much room for negotiation on salary when hired within, no programs to support career growth and development, little to no communication from senior management to lower management
