Work from home, no commute time, company supplies computer. Travel benefits have all but been eliminated, many dissatisfied and unhappy employees

Cons

NO support or communications from upper management, employees are expendable. Travel benefits have all but been eliminated. Very rarely find anyone in management that cares or even knows you or about you. Please keep in mind, a year ago I told people I would never leave this company.

11 hour days, 7 days a week with no break. Management believes they are gods because they have 4 stripes. No understanding for people learning the ropes.
