      Pros

      Good, paid training. Nice facilities. Opportunities for bonuses. Free/discounted cruises.

      Cons

      Micromanaged to a high degree. You get negative feedback just for going to the bathroom. HR will take any opportunity to cheat you out of benefits. Medical and pay isn't competitive. Basically, your standard corporate call center.

      Nice in environment, onsite cafeteria (food can make you sick), okay benefits.

      Cons

      Poor pay and power hungry managers, No leadership. poor advancement opportunities, and if you do get promoted you are only worth no more than a $2000 yearly increase, although they would willing pay an external candidate much more for the same position.

      Benefits for employees are very good, and treat to employees is excellent. To work in a cruise is an amazing experience that helps you grow, learn, and makes you know you better.
