Pros

I love working in hospitality. It is what I want to go back to school for. I love getting those guests who are so happy when they leave that they say thank you.

Cons

Rude people. I am nice 100% of the time and people decide to be rude. I dont Let it get to me but it just makes my job that much harder to make every guest happy.
