Great tools and training provided by IHG. A great brand to work for if hotel owners are representing it properly.

Owners some times don't care about what the brand is all about

Pros

Free lunch for employees tips and meeting different people from different cultures working alone management was very useful because some time they prepare the cart

Cons

Not having all items such as soap towels pillows coffee and water etc having to prepare your cart because it's time consuming leave the floor to get things you ran out of

Not much to complain about. It's an excellent company to work for. It's a lot of work but it pays off
