Pros

Wide reach based on size of organization. Benefit of Key Account Managers worldwide for large companies. Lead share between properties is good incentive.

Cons

Challenge with Key Account Managers is the need to communicate with them as opposed to the company any time you wish to set up rate locally

Pros

Great place to work in ragards to coworkers and management. Really encourages employee empowerment and they have their employees backs. Overall a good experience

Cons

It was their way on policies and didn't take ideas or suggestions very well. Some managers could be shady and may have been too relaxed in the office. Upper management kind of looked down on entry level employees

Pros

My managers took pains to hire people that would work well with the team, leading to a great work environment. We had lost of discretion in day-to-day tasks, allowing us to keep guests happy.

Cons

Corporate quotas for survey scores and rewards club enrollments were often very high, leading to stress between managers and associates.
