Biggest hotel company in the World , global opportunity, the World is your oyster! Gives you the chance to travel with your work

Cons

Too big to be able to recognise individual inputs , although they try, at times there is a lack of alignment between corporate and operational teams

Pros

The people are great team work and u get alot off bonus and apriciation gifts.

Cons

U dont get that many hours or time to clean the rooms. And guess don't check out till 12:00 pm

Pros

Non qualified staff begin in in hourly payed positions and have the possibility of growing to a better position with benefits. This gives everyone a good chance to be better paid

Cons

Need a lot of work on the way that they train and teach the staff. Like a manual that gives everyone the responsibilities and competences so everyone doesn't end doing the same things at the end of the day
