Pros

The people are great team work and u get alot off bonus and apriciation gifts.

Cons

U dont get that many hours or time to clean the rooms. And guess don't check out till 12:00 pm

Pros

Non qualified staff begin in in hourly payed positions and have the possibility of growing to a better position with benefits. This gives everyone a good chance to be better paid

Cons

Need a lot of work on the way that they train and teach the staff. Like a manual that gives everyone the responsibilities and competences so everyone doesn't end doing the same things at the end of the day

Pros

Great employee rates at hotels around the world. Tons of training provided at corporate run hotels and plenty of online training for franchise hotels.

Cons

Since it's such a large company it really depends on which management company you work for. Corporate run hotels are great but many of the management struggle to keep up with the demands of the flag.
