Middle managers are pretty good. They take a lot of abuse and still attempt to remain upbeat.

Cons

Ownership abuses employees. No sound strategic direction. If you enjoy a demeaning environment and being told how incompetent you are, then this is the place for you.

- Sexual harassment. When they found I was going to report it I was fired. - Rampant racism and homophobia - No support - Terrible hours - Bad pay. If they could pay a penny less they would.
