Paid two dollars more an hour than the job I just left due to nonpayment of wages

Literally everything.... Bugs in the rooms, this is supposed to be a 4 Star Hotel Female Manager fosters a tattle tail environment and rewards crap attitude Female Manager can’t take responsibility for her overall lack of management skills or seem to have an organized schedule where everyone is given an equal opportunity to learn how to do their job properly Gossip and drama are highly encouraged, and if you don’t kiss up to the back office “staff”, you’re out

The people are dedicated and passionate about their work. Very knowledgeable staff.

Cons

Management seems uninterested in staff or daily operations, staff is very clique-y. If you dont fit it, you will not last.
