freedom to work on new and exciting projects, lots of travel, good people. Company vehicles. Company outings are fun, different, and beneficial.

Cons

Loss of talent. High turnover. Average wages. Difficult to get a substantial raise. Large gap in how employees are treated across product lines.

Many international opportunities. Also, working in world leader within that field, and employees have a high level of knowledge and skill

Work hours are long, and there is an overall culture of putting in more hours than necessary, without added benefits. Work life balance needs some review.
