      Excellent organisational culture, very collaborative, customer service focus and open to innovations

      Cons

      cannot think of a negative thing, but is a very specific industry, hard to sell if you want to move afterwards.

      Stable job and usually is secure, well defined roles and expectations, conveniently located for commuting, little supervision and one can perform on her own.

      Cons

      Little career progress, mediocre pay, repetitive task - focus only to a small part of the whole. No well rounded development.

      Job life balance. Good company reputation, good compensation. Part of the largest company in the construction and building materials (LafargeHolcim)

      Cons

      Lack of career path, few resources to accomplish all corporate initiatives. Too much change in a compress time frame. Lack of support practical from support functions such as environmental and safety. These functions provide plenty of theoretical guidance but no practical support to actually implement their initiatives.
