      Since merger it's going down hill

      Pros

      It's a pay check, not a lot to say. Was an awesome place to work before merger. Workers are good to work with.Can move up if willing to move!!

      Cons

      Horrible insurance, took away pension, all about the investors. Management out of touch with the workers. Have had a lot of people quit in the last year and more to come.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to grow your career. Global exposure. Mid Range in the industry in terms of payment and Benefits. Stable company. Conservative Industry

      Cons

      Cement and Aggregates are year behind in technology as it is the nature of the Business. Most of the Aggregates Business were expanded by purchasing smaller company which means that the systems acquired with Business are not updated.

      Right now , none ... Before the merger it was good atmosphere, people was taken care of,etc after merger with Holcim .... I don't recommend it AT ALL

      Same comment, Lafarge was a good place to work at ..
