      Pros

      Small team where you know every single person in the company. Lot's of room to take control of your area and implement solutions without resistance. Your coworkers are all dedicated to their job and will provide assistance whenever necessary.

      Cons

      Lacks the organizational structure of large corporate companies, if that's what you're looking for.

      Very friendly and active atmosphere. Group truly follows the company culture and everyone is geared towards helping one another to achieve targets. The owners are friendly and appreciate the help I've given to them and their company.
