Pros
There really aren’t any pros to working here, that’s why this place is known in the market as a revolving door. The review from the employee of 12+ years was put on here so that people wernt scared away. so that’s why that review doesn’t match up with everything else you may have read.
Cons
They push techs to far, and in doing so they don’t let techs finish jobs they start. The executive management can be very belittling when things are going bad and they have bad tempers that can come across as immature in professional settings. There’s no room for upward mobility because of the disorganization in management. There’s no work life balance, you will be expected to stay late and work majority nights out of the week (9,10, 11 PM) and also not to go into overtime. And training? Yeah right. Working here was a mistake and I wish I never decided to do it
