      Watch Out for the Non Compete

      Pros

      This is a very upbeat company with a lot of drive. I wasn't there long, but I enjoyed the time I was there. Everyone seemed helpful and nice.

      Cons

      My only real complaint was the 36-month non compete that they attempted to make me sign. When I declined to sign it and asked that it be revised they terminated my employment. All in all, it was about 3-4 days wasted for the company and myself.

      It is a very fast paced environment

      This was the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The owner is very much a “used car salesman”. He is nice in front of your face and bashes you behind your back. Very passive aggressive and made me feel extremely uncomfortable around him. Not to mention they are devout Scientologists and run their company a certain way. Scientologists who work with home surveillance and security. Seems fishy to me! Everything about this company is fishy and just a little off. Do not recommend. To anyone.
