Pros

Great hotels - great people in the hotels. Nice offices. Some change for movement

Cons

As a 30+ year employee of Hilton - I have seen many changes. The most significant have been in the last 5 years. Corporate office morale is horrible. Hilton has the spin machine working to make it seem like everyone likes their job - but upper management is in a bubble. HR is a real bubble. Many in the corporate office have never worked in a hotel and don't know how to communicate with guests. The guest is no longer a priority with Hilton. Just profits. Do more with less mentality.

Pros

Not having to leave home from work. Great company with decent benefits.

Cons

Their software is sketchy. Trying to login in is an absolute headache. The incentives and all that other jargon. They're just to get you hired. Training is entirely too long and partially effective.
