Pros

Great family atmosphere within my department, though this is most likely because we spent so much time together. Work was always changing with new clients on a daily basis.

Cons

Salaried F&B managers were expected to work 70-80 hours a week with no overtime. No provisions for retirement savings and/or planning + company contribution to health/dental/vision insurance was meager.

Pros

Reputable company in hospitality. You can get a lot of hands on experience in short timeframe. Benefits were decent however there is great room for improvement.

Cons

Incredibly long and erratic hours for not enough pay. Burns you out very quickly. VERY high turnover. Not enough recognition for a job well done in many cases.

Pros

It gives you the opportunity of being able to have a large choice of options when it comes to relocation in the Hilton family Hotels.

Cons

Being an extended stay hotel, you do not have all the options that a full service hotels will offer you in terms of service to the guest but also ressources for the team.
