Growing aggressively. Plenty of opportunities. Nice people and a good leadership ethos generally.

Cons

Based in Watford so travel can be challenging if you're commuting from London. Enterprise level processes can be painfully slow, and the number of stakeholders that need to be considered in any project can be a real hindrance to progress.
