      Pros

      I am contracted to an installation as the only IGS employee and I really enjoy that. My managers and contract allow for a great deal of autonomy in tasks, development and support to the customer. I truely love that even through my managers are at another location they are welcoming, patient and friendly. I can't speak for the company, but the group of managers and team members I joined are an amazing lot of dedicated and invested individuals.

      None so far, I've been with the company for a year and have no serious complaints.

      Pros

      Standard package, good increment yearly, huge variety of engineering solutions helps to widen your knowledge base, good work life balance, senior employees are cooperative.

      Cons

      Poor management, skilled employee doesn't get special attention, old technology, not a good work environment in terms of mode of communication like people will be speaking in Telugu all over the places, none follows any business etiquettes like wearing formals and all - no professional growth.
