I am contracted to an installation as the only IGS employee and I really enjoy that. My managers and contract allow for a great deal of autonomy in tasks, development and support to the customer. I truely love that even through my managers are at another location they are welcoming, patient and friendly. I can't speak for the company, but the group of managers and team members I joined are an amazing lot of dedicated and invested individuals.
