Pros

Very solid financials and a large international company based in Sweden

Cons

Unfortunately Hexagon does have a culture of innovation. They give lip service to it, but there software engineering practices are not aligned with that goal. They also have absolutely awful benefits packages for US employees for a company of this size. Which is so frustrating because their European and Canadian employees enjoy great benefits. The final nail in the coffin is that they don't pay fair market wages in the US. They are consistently on the bottom 25% of market wages.
