      A big bowl of fresh fruit in the office every morning, clean bathrooms, and friendly office management and IT department

      Senior leaders jumping ship left and right, bonuses below a quarter of a percent, too much navel-gazing among leadership with really zero care for the people they lead and the industry they purport to serve, extremely poor communication with workforce, seemingly by design, and a sense every day that nobody up top actually knows what they're doing or supposed to be doing
