Pros

- Usually pretty good work/life balance for entry/mid-level devs - Flexible Work Hours - The cafeteria is decent. - I would only recommend working here as an intern/entry-level dev for a year or two to put on your resume or as a senior to coast until retirement.

Cons

- Salary is not competitive. - Very top-down management organization - In general, the process methodology is Scrum, but there has been more of a shift towards waterfall (up-front planning and significant focus on meeting deadlines). This can make for some unfortunate crunch times. - No career growth whatsoever. You are expected to fulfill the same role as when you were hired and promotions are almost unheard of barring special circumstances. - Very little feedback on work/career paths is given. - Lack of transparency from management and sometimes sister teams.

Pros

Good benefits. Nothing else memorable

Cons

Management is losing it. HR disaster waiting to happen. Management is just there because they have been there the longest and not due to their own work. Sheet metal software is lame.

Pros

There are no pros ...it is a bad work culture and negative environment, which will no longer be accepted by millennials.

Cons

No respect for loyal and hardworking employees No transparency and no trust No respect for gender equality, no female role models Management is lying about everything and are clueless about people management You need to be close friends with certain people in the management team to get a promotion. This is resulting in wrong people in the wrong job for the wrong reason. These people are not capable and see their team members as competition for their own job. As a result.. they lay off good people. There is proof that several members of the management team are not behaving in a professional way, but nothing happens. Good people leave to find better jobs since they are not appreciated. HR is seen as a less important department, there is no investment in talent management.
