      Pros

      Hexagon has some really great product offerings. There is potential for this company to corner the market in the manufacturing space.

      Cons

      Big business, they don't seem to care about their people or their customers. The number one driving factor for everything Hexagon does is revenue. Now I'm not saying a business shouldn't be about making money but it shouldn't be a higher priority than taking care of its customers or even more importantly its employees!

      Decent time off, semi-decent knowledge of industry solutions, company has old customers that will help keep the company afloat another 10 years, seems to have an idea of the job market

      Cons

      CEO avoids raises for employees but buys multi-billion dollar companies, management doesn’t know initiatives, they don’t invest in world class talent, HR ghosted employees during pandemic, there are too many processes
