Pros

No more overtime for certain employees they are very spiteful the workers there are the only reason anyone stays very nice staff

Cons

I can’t tell you where to start if you are looking to move up in a company do not apply here they have the entry level works making 17.50 a hour below minimum wage want you to clean 3.1 cars a hour on top of doing anything else they ask they give no benefits and you will get a write up or straight up into trouble if you do anything they don’t like they get up set when you go on your break and will take pictures of you doing something wrong and then question you about it later it is horribly understaffed and instead of respecting and promoting current employees they rather hire outside third party help to pick up the slack with a horrible language barrier we barely have managers they are usually hiding inside and we have a foreman or lead who is never around they should start off by getting proper stay and training them because don’t expect any help they give you one day and f training and throw you to the wolves
