Pros

Free car, Free Gas, no Insurance payment.

Cons

very stressful job, I used to work at the airport and hertz always over booked the reservations and When customers would arrive there would be no cars for them. most of the time customers would book rental car 6 months ahead, even they would pay for reservation. At the time of arrival customers would find out that we are out of cars. They would get upset but you're responsible to answer all those questions.

Pros

It’s a paycheck, and you get a car to drive

Cons

Bad pay, low staffing, success is solely based on selling ancillary products that many customers don’t need. It’s more of a want as many insurances will cover rental or credit cards. Many people only get if they don’t want to risk having their insurance dinged.
