      Pros

      The company has been very supportive of me and my career. I have continued to have great mentors, who help me improve and succeed. The company continues to make great efforts to communicate its strategy with all parts of the organization, provides us with education and skills to continually improve our processes and the quality of our services to our customers. We are laser focused on employee and customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Nothing negative at this time, but I would say that the company should never stop having a very long-term approach to our business strategy and try to avoid the knee-jerk reactions that Wall Street sometimes expects.

      Pros

      Opportunity is endless in the Off Airport market. I was in a great environment that fostered training and growth. They have begun to focus more on people, knowing that this is the future of the business. The management program works and you own your own career. Keep asking to be helped and ask questions. You can't know too much.

      Cons

      There are some longer days but that is what was done to be more successful.

Our global CEO has transformed the business in 6 years through creating a global platform and driving process improvements and acquisitions that will strengthen our position in the maketplace. I am proud of all that has been achieved and all that is planned to be delivered in order to make Hertz the number 1 employer of choice.

      Cons

      We are going through rapid change which can be challenging at times however the long term vision is solid and I know that efforts invested today will benefit in the future.
