Managers will always tell you to call someone else on immediate customer issues( customer in front of you), then that person tells you to call someone else and so on. 2% Commission if you make a certain #, which no one can let you see how the # is calculated. You will always be told that your job is on the line.

No room to advance. No communication with the Senior Executives at all except for the quarterly webcasts. CEO is a Ghost. His driver just hung around all day and waited for him to come down his private elevator. Also it's astonishing that they can lay off 4000 people to save 170 million dollars but they won't sell their Private Jet that cost the corporation $40 million a few years back and who knows how much in gas when the "big wigs" fly to Vegas for their meetings. It's kinda ridiculous that they can't fly commercial. Oh well laid off worked out for me. I'm now at a company that cares.
