Pros
The company will promote its all a numbers a game. If your aggressive and the company sees you are giving it your all, they will def. move you up. I have been working with this company for a year and I started at the bottom and it took me a year exactly to become a manager The area managers (at least mine) will always have your back if your in need of vehicles or any kind of help you need. The perks of being a manager is cool, benefits are great.
Cons
It can be exhausting at some points, sometimes we run out of vehicles and you have a bunch of people in need of cars.. You may put in a bunch of hours.
