Pros

The use of a company vehicle anywhere in the US as a Location Manager is a great benefit. There is recurring training available free of charge.

Cons

The free car is not worth what you have to do. They say it is a chance to run your own company without the risk, but they tie your hands and place road blocks in your way. 95% of upper management have never worked at the branch level and therefore do not have a good idea of the struggles you have. The pressure sales approach lowers morale. Upper management does not have anyones interest in mind except their own.

Cons

Long Hours, absolute flexibility of operations managers (time, job description, hours, etc.) which was exploited by post-2007 owners, move from car rental company to over-leveraged balance sheet driven entity.
