Pros

3 Weeks Paid Vacation to start. Get out at 4:30 everyday (you don't have to put in extra time) You also get paid for lunch. Interesting business.

Cons

No room to advance. No communication with the Senior Executives at all except for the quarterly webcasts. CEO is a Ghost. His driver just hung around all day and waited for him to come down his private elevator. Also it's astonishing that they can lay off 4000 people to save 170 million dollars but they won't sell their Private Jet that cost the corporation $40 million a few years back and who knows how much in gas when the "big wigs" fly to Vegas for their meetings. It's kinda ridiculous that they can't fly commercial. Oh well laid off worked out for me. I'm now at a company that cares.

Pros

They offer health benefits, 401K. My department did not require overtime. The managers that I worked with were flexible about medical appointments and personal issues.

Cons

Employees that are below management level are not treated with much respect by upper management.
