Pros

This is a pretty good job to get right after college. If you work hard and stand out, you will move up fairly quickly. Hertz will work you to the bone but if the cards are on your side, you can be promoted to Assistant Manager or Branch Manager quickly.

Cons

Hertz will work you to the bone. It is a revolving door. Bonuses and incentives seem to diminish month by month. The bonus plan constantly changes. You will be asked to work overtime and then be asked why you worked so many hours at the end of the week. Promotions happen rarely and communication from upper management and lower management is almost non existent.

flexible schedule, good for part-time work, able to meet new people everyday, work days were better when you work with another co-worker

Cons

outside in all kinds of weather, very long and slow days if you work at a small airport, little advancement opportunity
