Pros

Good benefits, good co-workers, good opportunities for advancment

Cons

Very cheap senior mgt. Couldn't even buy paper in the last quarter to save on money. SR MGT doesn't allow local mgt to make the decision required to run the business, leading to a lot of lag time in order to get a simple decision on something like: can I hire someone, can I fix something.

Pros

Being able to have a flexible schedule is nice. Normal work day is 8:15-4:30 but can you can work around it if you please.

Cons

Location is not that good. It forces you to either take a decent time out of your lunch just to travel somewhere, or you're forced to eat cafeteria food which is okay at best.

long long hours some weeks a very long time before you bump up in pay scale
