Pros

Great tools to learn. Lot's of teaching. Good benefits package, Free use of a car, Good insurance package. Free gas.

Cons

No career advancement opportunities. Workload not balanced equally. Some break their backs while others are allowed to watch you break your back.

Pros

Staff for the most part were great. Hours had some flexibility to them. You always ended up doing many different jobs so you didn't get bored easily.

Cons

Managers were getting burned out and quite. Several of the best ones quit. Managers unable to control bookings locally and during the summer you were either turning customers away or making them wait! Two very deadly sins for customer retention and satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction survey was a joke. It was all related to revenue and gave managers no direction to improve customer service which was usually sabotaged by the overbooking situation.
